1. Indicative pricing and calculators

Any prices, calculators or estimates shown on this website are indicative only, based on current market rates and information you provide. They are not a formal valuation or a binding offer to purchase. Your final price is always confirmed in person, after we have physically weighed and tested your item(s).

2. Identity verification

UK law requires us to verify the identity of anyone selling precious metals to us. You will be asked to provide valid photo ID, and in some cases proof of address, before a transaction can be completed.

3. No obligation

Requesting a valuation, using our calculator, or visiting our showroom does not obligate you to sell. You are free to decline any offer we make.

4. Ownership

By offering an item for sale, you confirm that you are the lawful owner of that item, or are authorised to sell it on the owner’s behalf.

5. Jewellery repairs

Repair pricing and turnaround times are confirmed with you before any work begins. Turnaround estimates are typical guides, not guarantees, and can vary depending on the complexity of the work and current workshop volume.

6. Postal service

If you choose to send items to us by post, please contact us first so we can advise on the current process. We recommend using a tracked postal service and secure, discreet packaging.

7. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security.
